How does the form work?
Your name, chosen support area, email address if provided and optional message are used in your browser to prepare a WhatsApp message. When you press “Continue on WhatsApp”, this information is passed to WhatsApp/Meta in a link containing the message text. You must also press Send in WhatsApp to send the message to Melike Spor. The same form data is sent securely to the website server and forwarded to the configured email service to notify us of your enquiry. This notification is used only to review and respond to the request. No permanent entry is created in the website database, and form contents are not written to application logs. Completing the form, opening WhatsApp or acceptance by the email service does not confirm message delivery or an appointment.
WhatsApp and other external links
WhatsApp and Instagram links open those platforms. Information you share there is subject to their providers' data processing terms. The form's WhatsApp button places your entered details in the link's message text. Other WhatsApp links prepare a general opening message. WhatsApp/Meta and email services may process data on systems outside Turkey; the platforms' privacy terms apply.
What should you avoid sharing?
Do not enter identification numbers, patient files, test results or detailed health information in the general contact form. The scope of any personal health assessment and an appropriate sharing channel should be discussed separately.
Cookies and measurement
Google Analytics 4 loads only if you allow analytics. If you decline, the site does not connect to Google Analytics or set analytics cookies. Google Signals, user-provided contact data and advertising personalisation are not used. Advertising performance measurement is a separate, optional choice and is off by default.
With your permission, Google Analytics processes public page addresses, technical visit and device information, and limited interactions such as starting the enquiry form or clicking WhatsApp, phone and email links. Analytics permission allows only predefined general source, medium and campaign tags for Instagram, Google Business Profile and WhatsApp sharing links. Free-text campaign names, search terms, other query fields and URL fragments are not sent. If you separately allow advertising performance measurement, gclid, gbraid and wbraid identifiers and a predefined Google Ads campaign tag may be used to link ad clicks to contact clicks. Other query fields and URL fragments are excluded. The Analytics property is linked to Google Ads; contact clicks may appear in performance reports for observation. Linking advertising identifiers and using ad measurement cookies require separate advertising measurement consent. Remarketing and personalised advertising are not used. With analytics consent, starting the form is measured once per browser-tab session, using only a fixed form-location label. A non-personal flag is kept in session storage for this purpose; if that storage is unavailable, the event is not measured. Your name, email, message, support choice and health information are never sent to analytics. Link phone numbers, email addresses and message contents are also excluded. A click or an opened WhatsApp draft does not mean a message was delivered or an appointment booked.
Your analytics choice and analytics cookies are retained for 60 days, after which you can choose again. The Google Analytics event data retention setting is two months; aggregate report retention may differ. You can change or withdraw consent using “Cookie preferences” at the foot of the page. Withdrawal stops measurement and clears this site's Analytics and advertising measurement cookies. Google's default advertising cookie lifetime may be up to 90 days; this site's consent record expires after 60 days and measurement does not continue without renewed consent.
Google provides the measurement service, and data may be processed outside Turkey. For details, see the Google Privacy Policy and Google Analytics data protection information. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage so it can be applied. The site does not load external fonts, embedded social media or maps.
Hosting and technical records
The site uses OpenAI Sites infrastructure delivered through Cloudflare. Infrastructure providers may process technical request information such as IP address, request time and browser details to serve pages and provide security. Form data is sent to the website server for forwarding to the email notification service; email and hosting providers may use systems outside Turkey. This website does not separately determine the providers' technical log retention periods.
Questions and requests
You can email Melike Spor directly about your communications, including requests to correct, delete or review the use of your contact information. The email notification configuration, recipient address and sending provider are not displayed on public pages. If a new contact or measurement tool is introduced, this notice will be updated to reflect the actual data flow.
