What the guides cover
Preparation guides focus on everyday planning: hospital preparation, appointment questions, expressing preferences, organising the return home and sharing family responsibilities.
Our approach to sources
Health information draws on primary sources such as Turkey's Ministry of Health, the World Health Organization and UNICEF. Source links appear at the end of each article. Healthcare systems and follow-up schedules from other countries are not automatically applied to Turkey.
Publication and update information
Articles show their publication date and any update date. Source links and relevant support pages are provided within each article.
Professional experience
The statements of more than 12 years of experience, over 500 births supported and more than 3,000 mothers supported are based on the business owner's declaration. They do not guarantee a particular health outcome, mode of birth or service result.
About the photographs
The portrait shows Melike Spor herself. Mother, baby, pregnancy and family images support the content; they do not depict actual clients or a specific real birth.
